Some individuals may be recommended to begin with personal training to establish foundational strength and movement quality before joining group classes.

Choose from 12 sessions/month ($179.99 - ~$15/session) or 20 sessions/month ($249.99 - ~$12.50/session) based on your schedule and goals.

QWhat if I miss a class?

With classes throughout the week, you have plenty of options to make up sessions. Check the schedule for available times.

QWhat should I bring?

Just yourself, a water bottle, and athletic clothing. We provide all the equipment you need.
