Mendez
Ruben Mendez has 15+ years of experience coaching athletes and everyday people alike—from youth and elite competitors to adults and seniors.
His coaching is grounded in kettlebells, movement, calisthenics, clubbells, and tactical conditioning, with a strong emphasis on durability, joint health, and real-world strength. Influenced by the methods and philosophy of Michael Boyle, he prioritizes smart programming, movement quality, and long-term performance over ego lifting.
As co-owner of Calle Strength House and head coach, Ruben leads the coaching team and sets the standard for how training is delivered. His focus is helping clients reach their goals—whether that's improved performance, resilience, confidence, or longevity—through smart, consistent training that actually works.
